Title: Were We the First to Know? By Jessico Crichton Post by Inner Prop on Apr 4th, 2013, 2:51am Let me start with congratulations on your win. As I read this story I was fighting back the urge to jump to the end and find out what the fuss was all about. Do I understand correctly that they found out that love is caused by a virus? They are upset because love is not a thing, but just a symptom of the viral infection, right? I hate when that happens.  I mean it really bugs me that some scientists are trying to reduce things like Love and Altruism to mere chemical responses or instincts. It is very chilling to think that something so important and fundamental as love could be caused by a virus.  I can certainly see why they would be upset.
