Title: The Wall by Barton Paul Levenson

Great story. Very good descriptions of the places and  people. Your words painted a vivid picture in my mind. I keep thinking beyond your story to try to answer the "How" and "Why" of the culture and rituals.  Wanting more is always a good thing. Thanks.

The wall.

the closed off society is quite feasible, many tribes and societies found
the grass was greener outside tghere prisons.
The morality issue that Yamoc faced when he would not strike Hentu's
wounded body, points up a problem facing everyone with a multitude of issues.  Do as I say or else.  Like Mandela a real victim of time an circumstance.  Need I go on.

The conclusion of luck is correct, tall man 6ft parent's.
The pregnant woman in car accident, forthcoming child could
never larn how many beans make 5.
