Hi, my pen name is Raymond Towers, I'm 39 years old, of Mexican-American descent, happily married now for twenty years and the proud father of five younger versions of myself.
Among my resolutions for this new year are to be a bit more vocal and visible, as in the past I was quite content to peer out of my dark closet only every once in a while and observe the goings-on.
I've had ten stories posted in Anotherealm.com over the past ten years, including my most recent entitled 'Epic Fail' in the January 2010 contest, and occasionally lurk the site and forums for inspiration (I might have contributed a few more contest tales had I been able to cut them down to the 1,000 word limit!).
Anyway, I'd like to officially say hello to everyone here, and I'd like to thank the powers that be for providing an avenue for budding writers to express themselves, and also for providing the forums for the feedback and mild criticism that encourage, and do not discourage, writers like me.
